Group Format

Set yourself up in a comfortable spot with a good, solid wifi connection. While I love getting to see everyone’s faces, feel free to turn off your video if you’re not feeling it today. I know at this point everyone i.png

Embodiment Practice

We’ll begin each session with an embodiment practice to help us arrive and begin practicing feeling “in” our bodies. As with everything, participation in this practice is optional.

Intentions + Insights

Jessi will share intentions for the call with a few insights. Jessi will open up the chat for anybody to add an intention / pose a question they would like answered on the call. 

Journaling Practice

We’ll move into a short (5-10 minute) journaling exercise; Jessi will offer a prompt that aligns with the session’s intention. 

Facilitated Discussion
