Redefine Your Resolutions!

A New Year Intention Setting Workshop

I love the New Year. Yes, I know it is just an arbitrary date that virtually means nothing (except when it comes to filing taxes, I guess). But there is something to be said for taking a beat, sitting with where you’ve been, how you feel, and where you want to go before moving forward into the new year.

The problem is, the concept of resolutions has been totally ruined for me by diet culture. The “get back on track” and “new year, new me" weight loss program messaging that inundates our social media platforms, inboxes, promotes resolutions that are somehow both insanely restrictive, time consuming, and all together unsustainable.

And it’s no secret that come February, maybe March we feel like a failure because we couldn’t stick to the restrictive, time consuming, unsustainable program.

So this year I’m thinking we do things differently. Instead of restricting ourselves of joy and filling up our schedule with tasks that we dread, let’s gather to set our intentions for the new year in a way that feels true to who we are at our core.

How’s this sound? You, me, a cup of coffee, a journal and your favorite pen (c’mon we all have one). The first Sunday of the New Year. We’ll meet up, get cozy, and I’ll take you through the intention and goal setting practices I use with my clients (and myself) so we can get clear on what we want, what keeps us stuck, and how to close that gap without abandoning ourselves in the process.

We’ll meet on Sunday January 2, 2022 at 10AM EST via Zoom.

There’s no powerpoint presentation and no “upsell” that goes along with this workshop. It’s a one time, conversational and collaborative workshop!

To get the most out of this, try to come live. But, if you can’t make it for whatever reason, the recording will be send out after.
