In this ballet-inspired and musically driven fitness class we'll work the body from the inside-out. First, stretching and warming up through the deep core muscles to create length and heat throughout the body on our mats. Then, we'll head to the barre and begin to connect to the muscles calves, legs, and glutes, back, and arms. Cardiovascular training will be integrated within each exercise. Recommended: Yoga Mat.
This series will run for five weeks at Onstage Dance Company in Somerville, MA.
Thursdays at 6:30pm.
